With over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Kurt has learned that a successful program is all about the details. Starting his career at a large global ad agency, Kurt was thrown into the hyper-competitive world of automotive brands working on complex projects ranging from print based collateral, direct to new media such as database management, CRM, and email campaigns. In addition to managing the daily operations of Zone Marketing, Kurt’s experience helps him satisfy the diverse needs that Zone Marketing clients demand. Whether hanging out with his family or riding his motorcycle, you always know he’s thinking about some little detail that will make the experience better.
With over 19 years experience in the Information Technology field, Toby Goodman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Zone Marketing. His exceptional technical ability along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable Toby to provide creative solutions to technology issues. Toby understands that the role of technology is to support the needs of the customer, and he brings this customer service approach to everything he does.

The 15 years of direct marketing and communications experience which Carol holds, has given her the skills and expertise required to successfully manage client programs. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Toronto, Carol has built a solid foundation for success. Her attention to detail and time management allows for exceptional relationship management which brings triumph to both her clients and their strategies. She prides herself on effective execution and prioritizing tasks to maintain the highest level of productivity on all client programs. While she wears the Zone Marketing logo on her sleeve, her dedication to success is second to none. Carol carries her pride through to her soccer family where her managerial duties continue. From the office to the fields, she exudes authority in the work life balance she has created for her husband and two boys.
Jim Sanfilippo is a 35 year veteran of automotive sales and marketing with experience in new product introductions, start-ups and turnarounds. He has held key positions with General Motors, major advertising agencies and automobile importers. In addition to his product benchmarking, marketing and work with automotive marketers in paid, earned and owned media, he is an internationally quoted consultant. Jim built and led Hyundai Group’s first North American full service advertising agency, Innocean Americas. As a Consultant to Zone’s US Operations, Jim will be ensuring Zone solutions are perfectly aligned with the needs of the US marketplace, while staying current with an industry that like Jim, never sleeps!
